3. Eligibility

The draw is open to individuals who:

1. are Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry;
2. have a current or prospective property interest (as a buyer, seller, or owner) in one of the following postcodes: 4075, 4068, 4074, 4073 (covering the Sherwood, Graceville, Corinda, Oxley, Chelmer, Indooroopilly, Taringa, Jindalee, Mount Ommaney, and Centenary suburbs); and
3. satisfy the entry mechanism in Section 5 below.

The following persons are not eligible to enter:

• employees of Ray White Sherwood | Centenary and their immediate family members (spouse, domestic partner, parent, child, or sibling); and
• employees of any prize partner business listed in Section 7 and their immediate family members.

4. Campaign period

The campaign runs for ten consecutive weeks commencing on the date of the first draw (to be confirmed at campaign launch) and concluding on the date of the tenth and final weekly draw. Specific draw dates are set out in Section 8.

5. Entry mechanism

Eligibility to enter a weekly draw is automatic upon booking a free 20-minute RWS FY27 Budget Session via the campaign booking page at raywhitesherwood.com.au/fy27/book-session (or such URL as is current at the time of booking).

One entry per booking. One booking per person, per campaign week. A booking entered during a given week is eligible for that week's draw and all subsequent draws for which the entrant has not yet been drawn as a winner.

Entries are not transferable and may not be purchased.

6. Prize structure

The total prize pool is $1,000 (AUD), distributed across ten weekly draws. Prizes are not flat in value — the draw schedule is weighted, with higher-value prizes at the start and end of the campaign. The exact value per draw is set out in Section 7.

Each weekly prize comprises one experience voucher redeemable at the confirmed local partner business for that week. Partners are drawn from the Sherwood, Graceville, Corinda, Chelmer, or Centenary suburbs catchment.

No cash equivalent is available for any prize.

7. Prize partners and draw schedule

The following partner businesses and prize values apply, subject to final confirmation at campaign launch. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a partner or prize value prior to launch in accordance with Section 9 below.

The partner list token {{PARTNER_LIST}} is populated from _shared/data/partners.js at deploy time. The table above reflects the confirmed partner schedule as at the version date of this document.

8. Draw dates and notification

Each weekly draw is conducted at 661 Sherwood Road, Sherwood QLD 4075, on the Monday of the relevant campaign week at 10:00 am AEST. Entry for each draw closes at 11:59 pm AEST on the preceding Sunday.

The winner of each draw will be notified by phone or email within 48 hours of the draw date. If a winner cannot be contacted within five business days of first notification, a redraw may be conducted at the promoter's discretion.

The promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the draw outcome.

9. Substitution

In the event a prize provider is unable to fulfil a prize, an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value will be substituted at the promoter's discretion.

10. Voucher conditions

Experience vouchers are subject to the following conditions:

• Vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date of issue to the winner.
• Vouchers are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
• No cash equivalent will be provided in substitution for any voucher.
• The terms and conditions of each issuing partner business apply to the redemption of that business's voucher. Winners should contact the relevant partner directly to arrange redemption.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with entries to this draw (name, email address, phone number, and suburb) is handled in accordance with the Ray White Sherwood | Centenary privacy policy. Information is used solely to administer the draw, to arrange free Budget Sessions, and to notify winners.

Information is not disclosed to third parties except as required to administer the draw or as required by law.
